- 起诉书——起诉、叔？
在说正文之前，先说明一下，今天这一期之所以讲到这个PCR test，是因为看了美国前线医生联盟（America's Frontline Doctor's, ETC.）去年对CDC，FDA，以及DHHS这些机构的起诉书。里面提到了大家目前常用来判定“阳性”与否的这个PCR test存在的严重问题（问题CDC自己知道，下面会引用福奇的话）。
这个起诉书是2021年7/19正式filed 的，我目前只有正式文档的pdf，没有链接（但是我会给大家看截图）。我倒是找到了去年五月份他们的一个初稿链接，内容有很多相似的，不完全一样。初稿链接在此
下面是起诉书的首页。
- 还在EUA？
吃惊吗？目前被那么多人用过的（很多人还测了不止一次）的PCR test，还是在EUA 阶段。不信你google一下：
也就是说：The PCR tests are themselves experimental products. 最讽刺的是，PCR test 制造商们，他们自己对这个产品是做的这样的声明："FDA has not determined that the test is safe or effective for the detection of SARS-Co-V-2.”
制造商们自己甚至还说："The PCR tests should NOT be used to diagnose COVID-19."
连发明这个test的人，自己也说了："... such tests are not appropriate for diagnosing disease."
- CT 值
那EUA就EUA呗，有什么问题吗？
老实说啊，人家发明这个test的人没错，因为这个test 的结果并不是“阳性”或者“阴性”，像大家想象得那么非黑即白。你要看它具体的CT值才可以。什么是CT 值呢？
Cycle Threshold Value (“CT value”) is essentially the number of times that a sample (usually from a nasal swab) is magnified or amplified before a fragment of
viral RNA is detected.
注意，这个 CT 值是呈指数增长的！所以CT = 40 就意味着，你的sample必须被 amplify 将近 a trillion 倍，才能被监测到。 CT 值越高，具有完整且有活性的病毒RNA链的可能性，就越低。
那对于新冠，这个CT值定的是多少？咱们先看看研究结果：A study funded by the French government showed that even at 35-cycles, the false positivity rate is as high as 97%. 当你把 CT 值定在35的时候，假阳性率竟然高达 97%.
作者的话：说“假阳性率”并不准确，因为这些人确实“阳性”了，只不过只有3%的人其viral load达到了令人担忧的地步而已。有一个病毒分子存在理论上也是“阳性”，对吧？
再看下面啊：
Despite this, a majority of the PCR tests for COVID-19 deployed under EUAs in the United States are run at 35-45 cycles in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Under the EUAs issued by the FDA, there is no flexibility to depart
from the manufacturer’s instructions and change the way in which the test is administered or interpreted.
是否阳性，制造商说了算，用户自己改不了。
现在大家看，the chart below shows that all major PCR tests in use in the United States are run at cycles of up to 35 or higher.
朋友们，说实话，我这篇文章到此就可以结束了，再多说一句都是废话。但是，咱们上面不是还承诺了要引用福奇博士的话吗？
你要是不信法国人的study，你能到还不相信亲爱的福奇博士吗？
我无语了，真的。想想疫情期间，甚至现在，每天有多少人通过这个PCR test来评估“疫情的严重程度”，而事实上，如果上面那个法国政府资助的研究是正确的，97%以上都是假阳性。
什么？你不相信法国人的研究？那就看看发表在《Science》上的文章，怎么说的：
当前的情况是：The CT value is the number of cycles necessary to spot the virus; PCR machines stop running at that point. If a positive signal isn't seen after 37 to 40 cycles, the test is negative...
但是呢，La Scola and his colleagues found that 70% of samples with CT values of 25 or below could be cultured, compared with less than 3% of the cases with CT values above 35.
只有3%的能被cultured，这和上面的 97%, 是不是一致的啊？链接如下：
这也是为何到现在为止，作者还从未测过一次covid. 包括之前所有人在网上订购“免费的”test kit时，不订。不需要。不 care. 不给它贡献数据。
